Job summary

Summit Line Construction in El Paso, TX seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead high‑voltage transmission and distribution construction projects nationwide. You will plan, direct, and coordinate scope, schedule, budget, staffing, subcontractors, safety, quality, and communications, ensuring successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5–7 years of project management experience in high-voltage electric transmission and distribution or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or business; PMP preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with project software preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication; able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and management, including budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management.
• Prepare and manage SOVs, provide cost forecasting and reporting.
• Oversee contracts, subcontracts, and vendor documentation to protect company interests.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules and progress reports.
• Lead meetings with stakeholders, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with contracts and policies.
• Mentor project coordinators and support staffing planning for upcoming work.
