Job summary

Summit Line Construction, a Quanta Services company, seeks an Assistant Project Manager for nationwide high-voltage transmission and substation projects. This traveling role covers scheduling, budgeting, staffing, safety, and quality across sites, including El Paso, TX.

You will support planning, tracking, and reporting while coordinating with customers and field teams to ensure timely project execution and adherence to cost controls. A related degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, directing and coordinating high-voltage construction projects.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with field operations, subcontractors and clients to resolve issues.
• Maintain project cost tracking and report progress to leadership.
