Job summary

Summit Line Construction, a Quanta Services company, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our El Paso, TX team. You will oversee planning, directing, and coordinating high-voltage transmission and distribution construction projects nationwide, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5–7 years of project management experience in high-voltage electric transmission and distribution or related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills; project software experience preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or business; PMP or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, budgeting for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Develop and manage Schedule of Values; prepare billing packages for customers.
• Oversee pre-construction bids, contract reviews, and execution planning.
• Maintain project submittals, RFIs, and cost reporting; monitor progress.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and documentation; manage quality and safety.
• Present project updates to executive leadership and stakeholders.
