Qualifications

• Must have at least a High School diploma or GED; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Seven (7) years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Five (5) years of experience in telecommunications or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, manage, supervise, promote, and discharge department staff.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to meet department goals and objectives.
• Manage workload distribution of department staff.
• Plan for, manage, and monitor project profitability to achieve company goals.
• Manage scopes of work including structured cable, AV, security, life safety, estimating or BIM.
• Participate in and/or facilitate the bid process.
• Manage quality and safety issues on customer work.
• Act as company liaison with customer representatives.
• Create and implement account process improvements.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
