Job summary

The role requires seven years of supervisory experience, five years in telecommunications or related field, and strong MS Office/MS Project skills. Onsite work with travel as needed, supporting company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Seven years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Five years of experience in telecommunications or related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and MS Project).
• Ability to supervise multiple direct reports and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, manage, supervise, promote, discipline and discharge staff as needed.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to meet department goals and objectives.
• Manage workload distribution and plan for project profitability.
• Oversee scopes of work including structured cable, AV, security, BIM.
• Participate in bid processes and ensure quality and safety for customer work.
• Interface with customer representatives and drive process improvements.
