Job summary

Worldwide TechServices is seeking a Dynamic PC Support professional to perform troubleshooting and repair tasks for desktops and laptops. The role involves direct interaction with clients, on-site service delivery, and adherence to client SLAs.

The position emphasizes basic repair work, equipment handling, and safe operation while supporting desk-side applications and infrastructure as needed. Travel to client sites may be required, including long distances or overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent with 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Maintain OEM certifications as directed by management.
• Knowledge of relevant software and hardware.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Answer client questions professionally.
• Accept and deliver all service calls within the client SLA.
• Meet customer service satisfaction criteria per guidelines.
• Complete administrative tasks for each call as documented.
• Real-time reporting of all calls as documented.
• Follow established policies and guidelines for service delivery.
• Ensure asset and inventory control through prompt turnaround of parts.
• Report all activity accurately and timely.
• Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
