Worldwide TechServices, LLC is seeking a Dynamic PC Support specialist to troubleshoot and repair desktops and laptops for diverse clients. You will interact with customers, address issues, and ensure timely resolution in line with client SLAs.

Responsibilities include on-site support, documenting calls, and adhering to safety policies while driving to client locations and managing equipment and parts per agreements.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent is required.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Maintain OEM Certifications as directed by management.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver all service calls within client SLAs.
• Meet established customer service criteria and guidelines.
• Complete all administrative tasks for each call.
• Report activity in real time and follow policies.
• Ensure control of assets and inventory per client agreements.
• Adhere to all safety policies and daily guidelines.
