Job summary

Worldwide TechServices is seeking a Dynamic PC Support professional to perform troubleshooting, repair of desktops and laptops, and client-facing support. The role may involve travel to client locations and coordination with Desk Side applications and infrastructure.

You will interact directly with clients to address technical issues, document calls, and ensure timely resolution while adhering to service level agreements and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Technical certification or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver all service calls within the established service level agreement for each client.
• Meet established customer service satisfaction criteria as outlined in guidelines.
• Complete all administrative tasks associated with each call as documented in policies.
• Complete real-time reporting of all calls as documented in policies.
• Follow policies and documents relating to service delivery for each client.
• Ensure control of assets and inventory through prompt turnaround of parts and equipment.
• Report all activity accurately and timely.
• Understand and follow Safety policies and guidelines.
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
