Job summary

Worldwide TechServices is seeking a Dynamic PC Support technician to perform on-site and field service for desktops and laptops. You will troubleshoot, provide customer support, and respond to service calls within SLAs while maintaining assets and inventory.

The role requires a basic repair toolkit, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to travel to client locations, potentially over long distances and overnight.

Qualifications

• Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent and 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management.
• Knowledge of relevant software and hardware.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Answer client questions in a professional manner.
• Accept and deliver all service calls assigned within SLA for each client.
• Meet customer service satisfaction criteria as outlined in guidelines and policies.
• Complete administrative tasks documented in policies and guidelines.
• Document real-time reporting of all calls as documented in policies and guidelines.
• Follow established policies, guidelines, and documents related to service delivery.
• Ensure control of assets and inventory through prompt turnaround of parts and equipment as required by client agreements.
• Report all activity in a timely and accurate manner.
• Understand safety policies and work within guidelines.
• Travel to client locations as needed; may include long distances and overnight assignments.
