Job summary

Athletico is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to ensure accurate patient intake and financial clearance, delivering a seamless front-office experience while maintaining compliance and data integrity. The role reports to the Clinic Manager and collaborates with clinical teams, with support from the PES.

Responsibilities include educating patients on financial responsibilities, collecting payments, and coordinating scheduling.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Knowledge of healthcare benefits and coverage is a plus.
• Experience with patient payments and billing support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and deliver a welcoming front-office experience.
• Complete patient intake, registration, and insurance eligibility with accuracy.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and payment options.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet collection targets.
• Manage clinic scheduling and ensure provider availability.
• Track KPIs for registration accuracy, insurance verification, and patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Billing and Clinical Operations to resolve issues.
