Athletico is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to ensure accurate patient intake and financial clearance while delivering a seamless front-office experience. You will work with clinic teams and support billing, clinical operations, and PES to resolve issues and improve data integrity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in healthcare administration preferred.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional front-office experience by greeting patients warmly and resolving issues promptly.
• Accurately complete patient intake/registration, including insurance eligibility and authorization requirements.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and digital tools to improve transparency.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet collection targets.
