Athletico is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to ensure accurate patient intake and financial clearance, delivering a seamless front-office experience while safeguarding data and supporting revenue cycle performance.

The role collaborates with clinical teams and reports to the Clinic Manager, with support from the Patient Experience Specialist. Emphasis on compliance, patient engagement, and teamwork across departments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED earned.
• Excellent customer service skills demonstrated in a fast-paced front-office setting.
• Experience with requesting and managing customer payments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional front-office experience greeting patients and resolving issues.
• Complete patient intake and registration with demographic verification and insurance eligibility.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and payment options, including digital tools.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet collection targets.
• Manage clinic scheduling workflows to optimize provider availability and access.
• Monitor KPIs for registration accuracy and patient satisfaction.
• Coordinate with PES, Billing, and Clinical Operations to resolve complex issues.
• Utilize EMR systems and reporting tools to track outcomes and identify discrepancies.
