Athletico is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to ensure accurate patient intake and financial clearance, delivering a seamless front-office experience while maintaining compliance and data integrity. You will collaborate with clinical teams and receive support from the PES.

The role includes handling patient interactions, payments, scheduling, and KPI monitoring, with opportunities for professional growth within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience required
• Experience with healthcare administration preferred
• Proficiency with MS Office and EMR/EHR systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and deliver an exceptional front-office experience
• Complete patient intake, registration, and verify insurance eligibility
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and payment options
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet collection targets
• Manage clinic scheduling workflows and optimize provider availability
• Collaborate with PES, Billing, and Clinical Ops to resolve issues and improve processes
