Athletico is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to ensure accurate patient intake and financial clearance while delivering a seamless front-office experience. You will assist with registration, insurance verification, and patient education on financial responsibilities, ensuring data integrity and strong patient engagement.

The role collaborates with clinical teams, supports revenue cycle performance, and uses EMR systems and scheduling tools to maintain data accuracy and support

Formación

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Healthcare administration experience preferred (1–2 years).

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and deliver a warm front-office experience.
• Complete patient intake and registration with demographic verification.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and payment options.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet collection targets.
• Manage clinic scheduling workflows to optimize provider availability.
• Monitor KPIs for registration accuracy and patient satisfaction.
• Coordinate with PES, Billing, and Clinical Operations to resolve issues.
• Utilize EMR systems and reporting tools to track outcomes and support improvements.
