Athletico is hiring a Patient Experience Coordinator to ensure accurate patient intake and smooth financial clearance, reporting to the Clinic Manager. You will work with clinical teams and receive support from the PES.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, verifying demographics, educating on payments and digital tools, and maintaining data integrity through EMR usage. This role emphasizes collaboration and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent customer service skills and HIPAA awareness are essential.
• Experience in healthcare administration is preferred (1–2 years).

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and deliver an exceptional front-office experience.
• Complete patient intake and registration with insurance eligibility verification.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and digital tools.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet collection targets.
• Manage clinic scheduling workflows for provider availability and access.
• Utilize EMR/EHR systems, dashboards, and reporting tools for data accuracy.
• Coordinate communication of patient progress notes to referral sources.
• Support clinic engagement with patient milestone celebrations and events.
