Athletico is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to ensure accurate patient intake and financial clearance, delivering a seamless front-office experience. This role reports to the Clinic Manager and collaborates with clinical teams to support revenue cycle performance.

You will educate patients on financial responsibilities, complete registrations, and use EMR systems and dashboards to track outcomes. Experience in customer service and HIPAA compliance is required.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience in healthcare preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office, Outlook and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver an exceptional front-office experience by greeting patients warmly and resolving issues promptly.
• Accurately complete patient intake and registration, including demographic verification and insurance eligibility.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities, payment options, and digital tools.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet established collection targets.
• Manage clinic scheduling workflows to optimize provider availability and patient access.
• Monitor KPIs for registration accuracy, insurance verification turnaround, and patient satisfaction.
