Warby Parker is seeking licensed dispensing opticians to join our in-house optical team. You will help customers with eyewear needs, take and record measurements, and ensure proper fittings while upholding our brand standards.

You will travel between stores within your state, work with a collaborative team, and explain prescription terminology to customers. Benefits and career growth opportunities are offered as part of our comprehensive compensation package.

Competenze

• Licensed dispensing optician in required states or ABO-certified in non-licensing states.
• Strong customer-service mindset with the ability to explain eyewear terminology clearly.
• Willingness to travel between store locations within the state of licensure and environment.
• Able to adapt to different store teams and shifts while maintaining professional communication.

Mansioni

• Work in multiple store locations within your state of licensure, reporting to the District Leader or Area Leader.
• Assist customers to meet eyewear needs and ensure accurate measurements and fittings.
• Explain prescription terminology and product options to customers.
• Ensure eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with team to implement best practices in sales and customer service.
