Warby Parker is seeking skilled Opticians to join our in-house optical team and help people see clearly. You will become an expert in our glasses, take measurements, fit eyewear, and ensure products meet optical standards while delivering exceptional service.

Formación

• Licensed dispensing optician or ABO-certified (where applicable).
• Strong communication skills to explain terms to customers.
• Detail-oriented with ability to measure and fit eyewear accurately.

Responsabilidades

• Work directly with customers to meet eyewear needs.
• Take and record measurements, fit eyewear, and ensure accuracy.
• Explain prescription terminology and product options to customers.
• Help customers choose frames and lenses based on prescription, face, and lifestyle.
• Collaborate with team to implement best practices in sales and service.
• Represent Warby Parker brand and values to customers.
