• Must hold a valid dispensing license where required.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to meet eyewear needs.
• Take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with accuracy.
• Verify eyewear meets optical standards and customer specs.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Collaborate with team to implement best practices for sales and service.
• Help customers choose frames and lenses based on prescription, face fit, style and lifestyle.
• Represent Warby Parker values and mission to educate others.
