Formación

• Licensed dispensing optician in the relevant state(s).
• ABO certification in non-licensing states is acceptable.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with eyewear needs, take measurements, and ensure accurate fitting.
• Check eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Collaborate with the team to share best practices for sales and service.
• Represent Warby Parker’s brand and values to customers.
