You will assist customers with eyewear needs, take precise measurements, and ensure products meet our standards and customer expectations. Strong communication and a proactive, team-oriented attitude are essential.

You will explain prescription terminology, help select frames, and collaborate with colleagues to share best practices. This role emphasizes service excellence and brand education.

Formación

• Licensed dispensing optician in states requiring a license.
• ABO-certified in non-licensing states.
• Clear, effective communicator who can break down technical terms for customers.
• Detail-oriented and able to juggle many responsibilities while remaining accurate.
• Energetic, positive team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Open-minded and eager to learn continuously.
• Not listed on LEIE.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with eyewear needs and fit.
• Take measurements and adjust eyewear with accuracy.
• Ensure finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Collaborate with team to implement best sales and service practices.
• Help customers select frames and lenses based on prescription, fit, style, and lifestyle.
• Represent Warby Parker to educate customers about our values and mission.
