Warby Parker is seeking skilled Opticians to join our in-house optical team across stores in North Carolina. You will become an expert in our glasses and provide extraordinary customer service, fitting eyewear and explaining prescription terminology.

In this full-time role, you will travel within your licensure area, take measurements, ensure optical standards, and collaborate with teammates to deliver best practices. We offer a comprehensive compensation package and opportunities for growth.

Formación

• Licensed dispensing optician in licensing states, or ABO-certified in non-licensing states.
• Comfortable working across multiple store locations and shifts.
• Able to travel up to 50 miles by car or transit to various stores.
• Clear, professional communicator with ability to explain eyewear terms.

Responsabilidades

• Work in multiple store locations within your state of licensure.
• Assist customers to meet eyewear needs and explain prescription terminology.
• Take and record measurements, fit eyewear, and ensure precise adjustments.
• Verify eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements.
• Suggest frames and lenses based on prescription, fit, style, and lifestyle.
• Collaborate with team to share best practices for sales and customer service.
• Represent Warby Parker brand and educate customers about our mission.
• Report mileage and travel expenses for reimbursement.
