Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking skilled Opticians to join our in-house optical team. You will become an expert in our brand and glasses, helping customers see clearly while delivering exceptional service.

You will take measurements, fit eyewear, and ensure products meet our standards. A licensed dispensing optician or ABO certification is required, with a passion for eyewear and retail. This is a full-time, on-site role with a collaborative, growth-minded team.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in states that require a license or ABO-certified in non-licensing states.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to help meet eyewear needs.
• Take and record measurements; adjust and fit eyewear with accuracy.
• Check eyewear meets optical standards and customer requests.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Collaborate with team to apply best practices for sales and service.
• Help customers choose frames and lenses based on prescription, face fit, style, and lifestyle.
• Represent the brand to educate others and inspire confidence in Warby Parker values.
• Partner with teammates to ensure exceptional service is delivered across the organization.
