Warby Parker is seeking a skilled Dispensing Optician to join our in-house optical team across multiple Boston-area stores. You will become an expert on our brand, help customers with eyewear needs, take precise measurements, fit frames, and ensure finished eyewear meets our optical standards.

The ideal candidate is licensed (or ABO-certified where required), with exceptional communication skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and a collaborative spirit.

Qualifications

• Active dispensing license in relevant state.
• Willing to travel up to 50 miles for store locations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.

Responsabilités

• Work across multiple store locations within your state of licensure.
• Assist customers to meet eyewear needs and explain prescription terminology.
• Take measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with high accuracy.
• Ensure eyewear meets brand standards and customer requests.
• Explain product offerings and help customers select frames and lenses.
• Collaborate with store team to share best practices.
• Represent Warby Parker and educate customers on values and mission.
• Provide apprenticeships guidance where applicable.
• Accurately report mileage and travel-related expenses for reimbursement.
