LyvWell Apartments is seeking a National Floating Leasing Consultant to support leasing performance across multiple multifamily communities. The role travels up to 75% to provide flexible leasing coverage, engage prospects, and drive occupancy while ensuring a superior customer experience.

The position reports to the Director of Leasing within the Marketing department and partners with onsite teams to manage leads, tours, applications, and move-ins.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer service and achieving sales goals
• Leasing experience in multifamily settings preferred
• Knowledge of CRM tools and leasing software (e.g., Yardi) beneficial

Responsabilidades

• Travel up to 75% to provide leasing coverage across communities
• Conduct tours, close leases, and manage the leasing process from inquiry to move-in
• Maintain CRM records, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with onsite teams
• Support occupancy and revenue goals with strong customer engagement and prospect follow-up
