Job summary

LyvWell Apartments is seeking a National Floating Leasing Consultant to support leasing performance across multiple communities. This role travels up to 75% to provide flexible leasing coverage, engage prospects, and drive occupancy with high-quality service.

The position partners with onsite teams to manage leads, conduct tours, close leases, and guide applicants from inquiry through move-in, adapting quickly to different communities and markets.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of general sales and customer service experience, with sales goals.
• Leasing experience in multifamily property management is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to prospects and residents across multiple communities.
• Conduct tours, close leases, and manage the leasing process from inquiry to move-in.
• Maintain CRM records and follow up on inbound leads per SLA.
• Travel up to 75% to provide flexible leasing coverage across communities.
