Job summary

Brookfield Properties is seeking a National Floating Leasing Consultant to support leasing performance across multiple multifamily communities. This role travels up to 75% to provide flexible leasing coverage, engage prospects, and deliver high-quality customer experiences across communities.

The ideal candidate will be adaptable, sales-driven, and able to quickly learn new markets, teams, and leasing strategies while working with onsite teams to drive occupancy and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in general sales and customer service with targets.
• 2–3 years of leasing experience in multifamily property management.
• Valid drivers license required; reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Manage leads and conduct tours across multiple communities.
• Close leases and process applications from inquiry to move-in.
• Maintain CRM records and timely follow-ups.
• Support occupancy and leasing goals with timely reporting.
• Travel between communities and collaborate with onsite teams.
