Brookfield Properties is seeking a National Floating Leasing Consultant in Las Vegas to travel among multifamily communities, manage leads, conduct tours, close leases, and ensure a seamless leasing process from inquiry to move-in. You’ll support occupancy goals while delivering exceptional resident experiences across markets.

The role requires 2–3 years in sales/customer service, leasing experience preferred, and a valid driver’s license with up to 75% travel.

Formación

• Minimum high school diploma; GED acceptable.
• Two–three years of sales and customer service experience.
• Leasing experience in multifamily housing preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required; travel up to 75%.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional service to prospects and residents across multiple communities.
• Conduct engaging property tours and close leases.
• Manage leasing applications, screening, and move-in documentation.
• Maintain CRM records, respond to inquiries, and follow up promptly.
• Travel between communities to support occupancy and leasing goals.
