Job summary

LyvWell Apartments seeks a National Floating Leasing Consultant to support leasing across multiple communities. The role travels up to 75% to provide flexible coverage, engage prospects, and drive occupancy while delivering superior customer experiences.

You will partner with onsite teams to manage leads, tours, applications, and move-ins, learning new markets quickly and adapting to varying community needs and schedules.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of general sales and customer service experience with a proven track record toward sales goals.
• Previous leasing experience within multifamily property management preferred.
• Experience working across multiple locations, communities, markets, or customer-facing environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to prospects and residents across multiple communities, creating a welcoming experience.
• Guide prospects through leasing, application, and move-in with clear communication.
• Manage leads, tours, and closings; maintain accurate CRM records and documentation.
