Bell Partners is seeking a Floating Leasing Consultant to lease apartments, market properties, and coordinate renewals across multiple communities within a designated market. You will deliver exceptional resident service and ensure compliance with Fair Housing standards while traveling between properties.

The role requires 1+ years in multi-family leasing or B2B sales, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office and Yardi Voyager.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, sales, or related field
• 1+ years of experience in multi-family leasing or B2B selling desired
• Strong marketing and communication skills
• Proficient with MS Office and property software (Yardi Voyager)

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and promote properties within budget guidelines
• Follow Fair Housing Standards when working with prospects and residents
• Monitor leasing traffic and follow up on leads
• Coordinate lease applications with credit and income verifications
• Prepare lease packets and ensure documentation is complete
• Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate move-in walkthroughs
• Manage lease renewals and provide excellent resident service
• Maintain professional attendance and punctuality
