Bell Partners Inc. seeks a Floating Leasing Consultant to interface with prospective residents, handle day-to-day issues, and coordinate lease renewals across a designated market.

The role travels between multiple properties within a region to deliver exceptional service and achieve leasing goals. Candidates should have 1+ years in multi-family leasing or B2B sales, strong marketing skills, and proficiency with MS Office and Yardi Voyager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, sales, or related field.
• 1+ years of multi-family leasing or 1+ years of B2B selling experience.
• Strong marketing and creativity skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• MS Office proficiency and ability to use computers.
• Knowledge of Yardi Voyager or similar programs.
• Good interpersonal skills and team orientation.
• Able to perform basic to intermediate math functions.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and sell properties products and services per budget guidelines.
• Follow Fair Housing Standards with prospects and residents.
• Follow up on leasing traffic entries and monitor trends.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge of properties and competitors; assist with outside marketing.
• Coordinate lease application reviews including credit and income verification.
• Complete lease packets and files with all addendums and docs.
• Ensure move-in condition; conduct final inspection with resident.
• Coordinate lease renewals and follow up with residents.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents; address needs.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
