Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, sales, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of multi-family leasing or B2B selling experience preferred.
• Strong marketing and creativity skills.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and sell properties and services within budget guidelines.
• Follow Fair Housing Standards with prospects and residents.
• Track leasing traffic and monitor trends.
• Maintain knowledge of property and competitors; conduct outside marketing.
• Coordinate application review including credit and income verifications.
• Complete lease packets and ensure proper documentation.
• Ensure apartments are ready for move-in with inspections.
• Coordinate renewal process for leases.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
