Job summary

LyvWell is seeking a Floating Property Manager to travel to vacant properties and supervise a large apartment community. You will lead on-site teams, oversee leasing, maintenance, and budgeting, and ensure regulatory and company policy compliance. The role requires strong MS Office skills and proven supervisory experience.

Travel up to 75% across multi-state locations, partnering with regional leaders to maintain curb appeal, maximize occupancy, and deliver excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–4 years of supervisory experience in property management.
• 1–2 years multi-state experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing laws and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a large apartment community including leasing, maintenance, and budgeting.
• Supervise on-site associates and coordinate with Regional Manager and Corporate Office.
• Prepare and manage budgets, purchase orders, and variance reports.
