Qualifications

• Experience with CRM systems such as CRMIQ or Yardi is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to prospects and residents across multiple communities.
• Guide tours, process applications, and move-ins with a high-quality experience.
• Manage leads and CRM tasks, follow-ups, and documentation accurately.
• Travel up to 75% to support leasing coverage and occupancy goals.
