Job summary

Brookfield Properties Multifamily LLC is seeking a National Floating Leasing Consultant to support leasing across multiple multifamily communities. The role requires up to 75% travel, managing leads, tours, and the end-to-end leasing process from inquiry to move-in.

The ideal candidate is adaptable, sales-driven, and comfortable learning new communities, markets, and leasing strategies while collaborating with onsite teams and the Marketing department.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years: General sales and customer service experience in fast-paced environments.
• 2–3 years: Leasing experience in multifamily property management.
• Valid driver's license; reliable transportation for travel across communities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to prospects and residents across multiple communities.
• Generate new leases and conduct engaging property tours to convert prospects.
• Manage leasing applications, screening results, and move-in documentation using the CRM system.
• Travel approximately up to 75% to provide flexible leasing coverage and support occupancy goals.
