Job summary

DeAngelo Contracting Services (DCS) seeks motivated Herbicide Applicator Technicians to spray right of ways, roadsides, and manage weeds with various spray tools. You will be trained in equipment calibration, weed and brush knowledge, and chemical safety to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 21+ years old, and a valid driver's license with a clean MVR. Travel up to 4–6 weeks is supported by DCS with housing and per diem.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver's license and a clean 5-year MVR.
• Willing to travel 4–6 weeks, with hotel and per diem provided by DCS.
• Herbicide application experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Complete all DOT required truck inspections, identifying issues and repairs.
• Keep truck and equipment clean and organized at all times.
• Train to calibrate all spray equipment and understand basic weed/grass/brush knowledge.
• Learn methods, chemicals used, and safety requirements to meet customer expectations.
