Job summary

DeAngelo Contracting Services (DCS) is seeking motivated Herbicide Applicator Technicians to spray right aways, roadsides, and vegetation using spray equipment. Training will cover chemical knowledge, safety requirements, and DOT truck inspections.

Will travel 4–6 weeks away from home with hotel provided and per-diem. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or Equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and prior herbicide application experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Spray right of ways, roadsides, and vegetation using spray truck, ATV, backpack sprayer, or hose.

Skills

Safe driving

Weed/brush control knowledge

Understanding of safe chemical use

Education

Commercial Pesticide Applicators license (Category C6)
