Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a General Superintendent (Traveling) to oversee large-scale construction projects nationwide. You will lead field leadership teams, ensure budget, schedule, safety, and quality objectives are met, and serve as the primary liaison between executives, project teams, and field operations.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field and a minimum of 5+ years as a superintendent on high-value projects. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of Superintendent experience on ground-up projects valued at $50M+.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects (data centers, healthcare, infrastructure).
• Thorough knowledge of building, electrical, life-safety codes, standards, and regs.
• Strong understanding of contracts, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
• Ability to review and interpret drawings, specs, submittals, RFIs, and contract documents.
• Exceptional leadership and communication with multiple projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for large-scale construction projects across multiple locations.
• Manage project execution per contract terms, scope, and requirements.
• Serve as technical authority on drawings, specs, submittals, RFIs, and constructability.
• Lead planning, budgeting, forecasting, procurement coordination, and weekly look‑ahead planning.
• Champion safety, quality, and operational excellence per company policies.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, subcontractors to resolve challenges and drive outcomes.
• Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects and field teams simultaneously.
