Job summary

Loenbro, LLC is seeking a Traveling General Superintendent to oversee large-scale construction projects across multiple locations. You will mentor field leadership teams, ensure staffing, resourcing, and execution align with contract terms and safety standards.

Role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication, and the ability to manage several complex projects concurrently while traveling up to 10% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in construction leadership.
• 5+ years as a Superintendent on large-scale projects $50M+.
• Strong knowledge of codes, contracts, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for large-scale construction projects, mentoring field teams.
• Manage project execution per contract terms and project requirements.
• Serve as the technical authority on contract documents, drawings and specs.
• Lead project planning and controls including budgeting, forecasting, and look-ahead planning.
• Champion safety, quality, and operational excellence across sites.
