Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a General Superintendent (Traveling) to oversee large-scale construction projects across multiple locations, including Orlando, FL. You will mentor field leadership, manage budgets, schedules, and safety programs, and ensure adherence to contract terms and company standards.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years as a superintendent on multi-million-dollar projects, deep knowledge of codes and contracts, and experience with Procore/Bluebeam/Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent combination.
• 5+ years of Superintendent experience on ground-up commercial, industrial, or civil projects valued at $50M+.
• Proven track record on complex projects (data centers, healthcare, infrastructure, high-rise, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of construction codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with contracts, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
• Ability to review drawings, specs, submittals, RFIs, and other contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee large-scale construction projects; mentor field leadership teams.
• Manage execution per contract terms, scope, and owner expectations.
• Serve as technical authority on drawings, specs, submittals, RFIs, and constructability.
• Plan and control budgets, scheduling, procurement, and weekly look-ahead planning.
• Champion safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across projects.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and trade partners to resolve challenges.
