Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a General Superintendent (Traveling) to oversee multiple large-scale construction projects across diverse sites. You will lead field leadership teams, ensure adherence to budget, schedule and safety, and act as the liaison between executive leadership, project teams, and field operations.

The role requires 5+ years of superintendent experience on ground-up projects, with a track record of delivering complex installations and facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and construction leadership experience.
• 5+ years of Superintendent experience on large ground-up projects valued at $50M+.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects (data centers, healthcare, transportation, industrial, high-rise).
• Strong knowledge of building, electrical, life-safety codes and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to review drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs and other docs to ensure execution.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for large-scale construction projects and mentor field leadership teams.
• Manage project execution per contract terms, scope, and owner expectations.
• Serve as technical authority on drawings, specs, submittals, RFIs, and constructability matters.
• Lead planning, budgeting, forecasting, manpower planning, procurement, and schedule management.
• Promote safety, quality, and operational excellence across projects.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, subcontractors and trade partners to resolve challenges.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and problem-solving to manage multiple projects and teams.
