Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a General Superintendent (Traveling) to oversee large-scale construction projects across multiple sites, ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule adherence. The role serves as liaison between executive leadership and field operations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of superintendent experience on multi-site ground-up projects, with strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills, and willingness to travel extensively in the southeastern region.

Qualifications

• Required bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5+ years as a superintendent on large ground-up construction projects valued at $50M+.
• Proven track record on data centers, healthcare, or major infrastructure projects.
• Thorough knowledge of building, electrical, life-safety codes, and regulations.
• Strong leadership and communication to manage multiple sites and teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for large-scale projects, mentoring field teams across multiple locations.
• Ensure projects meet budget, schedule, safety, quality, and contract requirements.
• Review drawings, specs, submittals, RFIs, and constructability issues for compliance.
• Lead planning, budgeting, forecasting, procurement, and look-ahead scheduling.
• Champion safety and quality through inspections and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and partners to resolve challenges.
• Demonstrate decisive leadership and problem-solving across multiple concurrent projects.
