Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a General Superintendent (Traveling) to oversee large-scale construction projects across multiple sites. You will lead field leadership teams, manage budgets, safety, and schedules, and serve as the technical authority on project documents and contracts.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive field experience on complex projects, and the ability to coordinate with clients, engineers, and subcontractors while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and progressive construction leadership experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of Superintendent experience on large-scale projects valued at $50M+.
• Proven track record delivering complex construction projects across varied sectors.
• Strong knowledge of building, electrical, life-safety codes and regulations.
• Experience with contracts, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for large-scale construction projects across multiple locations.
• Manage project execution in accordance with contract terms and scope.
• Serve as technical authority on contract documents, drawings, specifications and submittals.
• Lead project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and weekly look-ahead planning.
• Champion safety, quality, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and trade partners.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and problem-solving to manage multiple projects.
