Job summary

Loenbro seeks a General Superintendent to oversee large-scale construction projects, lead field leadership teams, and ensure safety, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met across multiple sites. You will act as liaison between executives, project teams, and field operations, directing planning, controls, and vendor coordination while upholding company safety standards and practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years as a Superintendent on large-scale projects ($50M+).
• Strong knowledge of codes, contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and safety.
• Experience with complex, multi-site construction management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large-scale construction projects and lead field teams across locations.
• Manage execution per contract terms, schedule, and budget with safety and quality focus.
• Serve as technical authority on drawings, specs, RFIs, and submittals.
• Plan, forecast, procure, and coordinate to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Enforce safety policies and quality programs and collaborate with stakeholders.
