Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a General Superintendent (Traveling) to oversee large-scale construction projects across multiple locations. You will lead field leadership teams, ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence, and serve as the primary liaison between executive leadership and field operations.

You will manage diverse projects, review contract documents, and drive project outcomes while maintaining strong client and team relationships. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent.
• 5+ years of Superintendent experience on ground-up commercial/industrial projects valued at $50M+.
• Proven track record delivering complex construction projects.
• Thorough knowledge of building, electrical, life-safety codes and regs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for large-scale construction projects and mentor field leadership teams.
• Manage project execution per contract terms, scope, and requirements.
• Serve as technical authority on drawings, specs, submittals, RFIs, and constructability.
• Lead planning and controls: budgeting, forecasting, procurement, schedule management, weekly look-ahead.
• Champion safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across sites.
• Collaborate with clients, PMs, engineers, subcontractors to resolve challenges.
• Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
