Job summary

Loenbro, LLC is seeking a General Superintendent to oversee large-scale construction programs, leading field teams across multiple sites and ensuring project alignment with budget, scope, safety, and quality targets.

You will act as the technical authority on contract documents, drawings, and submittals, while coordinating with clients and partners to drive successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of Superintendent experience on large ground-up projects with high complexity.
• Strong knowledge of building, electrical, life-safety codes, and contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for large-scale construction projects, mentoring field leadership teams.
• Manage project execution per contract terms, scope, and owner expectations.
• Serve as technical authority on drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and constructability concerns.
• Lead planning and controls: budgeting, forecasting, manpower, procurement, schedule, and look-ahead planning.
• Champion safety, quality, and operational excellence; enforce EH&S policies.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and trades to resolve challenges.
