Job summary

Athletico is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to ensure accurate patient intake and financial clearance, delivering a seamless front-office experience. You will work with the Clinic Manager and PES, ensuring compliance, data integrity, and effective revenue cycle support.

Responsibilities include educating patients on financial responsibilities, handling registrations, and coordinating with clinical teams.

Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a high-volume, patient-facing role.
Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook and Excel.
Knowledge of healthcare insurance benefits and coverage preferred.
Experience requesting and managing customer payments preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional front-office experience by greeting patients warmly and resolving issues.
Accurately complete patient intake, registration, and insurance eligibility while ensuring data integrity.
Educate patients on financial responsibilities and digital tools to improve transparency.
Collect time-of-service payments and meet collection targets.
Manage clinic scheduling to optimize provider availability and patient access.
Monitor KPIs for registration accuracy and patient satisfaction.
Coordinate with PES, Billing, and Clinical Operations to resolve issues.
Utilize EMR systems and dashboards to track patient outcomes and support improvements.
Communicate patient progress notes to referral sources promptly.
Participate in training and cross-training to maintain front-office proficiency.
