Responsibilities

• Greet patients and ensure a positive front-office experience.
• Complete patient intake, verify demographics, insurance, and authorizations.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and payment options.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet collection targets.
• Manage clinic scheduling and optimize provider availability.
• Track KPIs for registration accuracy and patient satisfaction.
• Coordinate with PES, Billing, and Clinical Ops to resolve issues.
