• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and scheduling platforms.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional front-office experience for patients and resolve issues promptly.
• Complete patient intake, demographic verification, and insurance eligibility to ensure accuracy.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and payment options; facilitate payments.
• Monitor scheduling workflows and support revenue cycle performance.
• Collaborate with PES, Billing, and Clinical Operations to resolve issues.
