The role collaborates with clinical teams, reports to the Clinic Manager, and supports revenue cycle performance through effective insurance verification and registration processes.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to resolve issues promptly
• Proficient with MS Office, Outlook and Excel; able to navigate dashboards
• Knowledge of healthcare insurance benefits and financial clearance workflows

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide an exceptional front-office experience
• Complete patient intake/registration with demographics and insurance verification
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and digital tools
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet collection targets
• Manage clinic scheduling to optimize provider availability
• Monitor KPIs for registration accuracy and patient satisfaction
• Collaborate with PES, Billing, and Clinical Ops to resolve issues
• Use EMR systems to track patient outcomes and report insights
• Communicate patient progress notes to referral sources
• Organize patient milestones and community-building activities
• Participate in cross-training and front-office trainings
• Coordinate activities with clinical team
• Provide Rehab Aide cross training on front-office duties
